Shtarlite Cancellation & Return Policy

If you have received a defective product or if it is not as described, you can return the item immediately by applying the return and cancellation policy. You can also raise a request for return within 24 hours of delivery.

We will pick up the items before initiating a refund. Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met.

Correct and complete product free of any damages (including Freebies).

For items being returned on account of being different from what was ordered, please ensure the items are not opened.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Pick up will be complete within 24 hours.

In case of returns, where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

General Rules for a Successful Return

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you receive a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on-the-spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

If you have any issues/doubts with the product Quality, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Authorised personnel shall help in the unboxing of the product.

2-I would like to inform you that you have made the payment from juspay/ razor pay so it will be credited in your source account within 7-10 working days from the initiation date.

It will credit in your source account, from where you have made the payment.

For cash on Delivery,

You need to share your bank details as account holder name account number and IFSC code, It will credit into your account within 3-5 working days.

If the order has been cancelled,

I would like to inform you that your order has been cancelled, you will get the refund in the back to source account in the slandered timeline as per your mode of payment.

if you with replace the order, once it will be reach us back we will initiate a new order for the same products and it will be delivered to you accordingly.

Post dispatch cancellation

I am sorry to inform you that I am unable to cancel your order due to your order has been shipped, so if you wish to cancel it, you can refuse the delivery.

Address update

you can update the address before the order dispatched. once it will be dispatched address can not be changed so you can coordinate with the courier partner to assist the address to reach you.

Modification in payment Modes Pre paid to COD

I would like to inform you that we are unable to change the payment method from pre paid to COD as of now due to your order has been confirmed, so you can cancel the same order and you can place the new order.

COD to prepaid:-

You can change the payment mode by customer care or email before the order dispatched.

Shipping:-

Once we will get the order, it has been confirmed within 24 hours, and it has dispatched with the same 24 hours, and probably our delivery time is 48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
